Cinetwork is a self hosted website started on PHP, programmed through the collaboration of head web engineer Jessica Jones and founder Vanessa Gerber. Being a self made platform, the start up costs are relatively low at ~$600 for server hosting. Revenue is primarily made through advertising in cost per clicks (CPC) starting at $0.75 per click. To build revenue, the site needs more traffic to increase costs per click.

To increase traffic, Cinetwork is reaching out to schools. By informing schools about our platform, film students are encouraged to sign up for Cinetwork. Spreading the word is the biggest part in our marketing plan.

Once revenue starts coming in we can expand our business with more staff members and support for large traffic.
